Salisbury Motel and Hotel Complex
Currently under construction and completion expected later in 2018. This project consists of 14 motel units, 15 hotel units, restaurant / bar and conference facility as well as managers residence.
Main North Road Motels
This project consists of 2x two storey motel units with 14 units in total, and a managers residence. Construction is concrete block with timber framed partition and roof structure. completion early 2018
Francescas Italian Kitchen
Situated in Gloucester Street, part of the Isaac Theatre Royal complex. DnG Construction were engaged to fit out a blank shell for the client. This included raised timber floors, brick cladding, and custom joinery & furniture to match the interior.
Office Building - Ashburton
DnG Construction were contracted to install the aluminium shopfront system on this project, which is another of our specialties.
Pizzaria De Francesca - Dunedin
After the success of Francescas in Christchurch, DnG Were engaged to reinstate fire damaged building in Dunedin's CBD and turn in to a thriving Woodfired Pizzaria.
Pizzaria De Francesca - Timaru
DnG Were engaged to strip out and convert this old bar and turn itin to another high quality wood fired pizzaria in Timaru's CBD.
Structural upgrade of office
Installation of steel portal to upgrade existing office / warehouse building. Works were required to be undertaken in a working office / warehouse environment.
Fire Reinstatement
Fire Reinstatement for Housing NZ. This house was severely fire damaged, requring new wall and roof framing, new roofing, linings and fittings throughout. DnG Construction reinstated this property to as new condition ready for new tenant.
Peter Fletcher Transport - Bird Proofing
DnG were engaged to bird proof PF Transport Building. We came up with a solution of installing metal profiled soffits to match cladding whice provided a cost effective and very durable solution.
