CAPABILITIES
DNG Construction Specialize in a wide range of construction projects.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS.
DnG Construction works with a number of development partners to complete high end commercial development projects, such as Motels, Hotels, Restaurant and Conference facilities, we are able to provide complete turn key solutions as well as work with developers to provide construction solutions to fit budget and timeframe requirements.
FITOUT PROJECTS.
DnG Construction has completed a number of commercial fit out projects including various Restaurants and Cafes, and also a number of commercial office fitouts including steel stud partitions, aluminium glazed partitions, joinery and all services requirements.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS.
DnG Construction has an ongoing contract for reinstatement of residential dwellings in Christchurch. Scopes for these projects range from a strip, reline and refit, to full or partial reconstruction, depending on severity of damage.
We also complete Residential Construction as well as alterations and extensions, e.g. bathrooms, kitchens and extensions.
We have a number of design partners who we work with to provide design and consent as required.
MAINTENANCE MINOR WORKS PROJECTS.
DnG Construction are Maintenance providers to a number of coporations, completing programmed maintenance and facility improvements.
Work that we can complete under maintenance has ranged from replacing door hinges to full reinstatements of commercial premesis between tenancies
